Her approach is grounded in the latest research and emphasizes safety, precision, and collaboration — ensuring that medication is used judiciously and effectively to treat issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, sleep disturbance, and performance-related stress.

Miles O’Neill is a licensed clinical social worker and mental performance counselor with a unique perspective shaped by his experience as a former Division 1 athlete, a veteran of the U.S. Coast Guard, and a coach at both the high school and college levels across a variety of sports. He specializes in sport counseling and performance psychology, helping athletes and performers develop the mental skills needed to stay focused under pressure, recover from setbacks, and perform at their highest level.
Trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Miles uses this evidence-based approach to assist clients in overcoming psychological injuries such as performance anxiety, fear of reinjury, and burnout. His doctoral work at the University of Alabama focuses on utilizing EMDR to support psychological recovery in athletes, helping them regain confidence and mental resilience.
Combining clinical expertise with firsthand experience in competitive sports, coaching, and military service, Miles offers practical, compassionate, and research-informed mental performance counseling tailored to high-achieving individuals.
